General conditions

Registrations Cancellation Policy

  • If your plans change and you are unable to attend, please email contact@pba2024.org to amend or transfer your registration to a colleague. A registration modification or transfer is subject to a CHF 50 administration fee.
  • If your plans change and you need to cancel prior to 31 June 2024, we will refund your registration minus a CHF 50 processing fee.
    No refund will be made for cancellations received after this date.
  • No refund will be processed after December 12, 2024

Data Processing Consent

We take your privacy seriously and will use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the services you have requested from us (registration, logistics, distribution of conference materials, distribution of information relevant to the conference). Your details (name, company, email and country) will be passed to organisers of the current and future versions of this conference, so that they can contact you by email with details of current or future conferences related to PBA. This may include promotion (Save the Dates), information (Scientific programme), and updates. We will not pass your details to the sponsors, exhibitors or any other third-party. 
You may contact us at any time to have your account deleted after the conference.

Job Fair

PBA 2024 is organizing a Job Fair on Tuesday September 10 at 17h30 (after the sessions).

 

It will be an opportunity to have short meetings with companies supporting PBA and hiring new staff.

 

Please let us know if you would like to participate (detailed organization and schedule will be provided 4 weeks prior to the congress).
