By registering, you agree to the following data and privacy terms:

  • The IHF and Symporg (this event’s data processor) will collect and process your personal data in accordance with the IHF’s Privacy Policy. You may be contacted by either party regarding your participation in the World Hospital Congress.
  • Your information will be added to the IHF database, and you will receive updates and communications from the IHF. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
  • An account and profile will be created for you in the World Hospital Congress App, including your name, job title, organization, organization type, country and LinkedIn. Your contact details will not be visible to other attendees, but they can send you messages through the App. Upon logging in, you will have full control over your profile visibility and can choose whether to interact with other participants.
  • Certain parts of the Congress may be recorded through photography, videography, or audio. This may include your presence, participation, or any content you share in public channels via the WHC App. By attending, you consent to IHF’s use, distribution, and retention of such recordings for promotional purposes across IHF media, without any payment or compensation.

Registration will not be confirmed without full payment (credit card or bank transfer).

A registration confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address with your invoice and relevant receipt when paid by credit card.

If you chose "bank transfer", a registration confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with your invoice. Please use the bank details on the invoice to wire the registration amount.
The invoice is made in the local currency, the Swiss Franc (CHF) and must be paid in the same currency (CHF).
Any open amount related to exchange rate and/or bank charges will be claimed.

Visa applications
Delegates are responsible for securing their visas. Check if you need to apply for a visa here. We strongly recommend applying as early as possible, as some visa processes may take over a month to complete. If you need an invitation letter to support your application, please fill out this form and send it to invitation_letter@symporg.ch .
