General conditions

Registrations Cancellation Policy

  • If your plans change and you are unable to attend, please email contact@hplc2025-bruges.org to amend or transfer your registration to a colleague. A registration modification or transfer is subject to a EUR 50 administration fee.
  • If your plans change and you need to cancel prior to April 30, 2025, we will refund your registration minus a EUR 50 processing fee.
    No refund will be made for cancellations received after this date.
  • No refund will be processed after September 30, 2025

We take your privacy seriously and will use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the services you have requested from us (registration, logistics, distribution of conference materials, distribution of information relevant to the conference).
