The in-person registration fee includes:

  • Admission to the scientific sessions
  • Access to the virtual platform (abstracts and posters)
  • Access to all replays (recordings of the sessions, available 7 days after the congress for a period of 6 months)
  • Welcome Cocktail on Monday October 2nd, 2023
  • Gala/networking dinner on Tuesday October 3rd, 2023
  • Coffee breaks & lunches

The online registration fee includes:

  • Access to the virtual platform: online program, abstracts, posters, virtual exhibition, networking with virtual attendees
  • Live plenary sessions and Q&A (not the breakout sessions)
  • Access to all replays (recordings of the plenary sessions, available 7 days after the congress for a period of 6 months)


Please be aware that you will be allowed to change your registration type (from in-person to online or from online to in-person anytime).

If you change your registration type from in-person to online, the price difference will be reimbursed.
If you change your registration type from online to in-person, the price difference will have to be paid.

Pre-conference: G2MC Functional Groups Breakout sessions

Will you participate to a breakout session of Monday morning 10:30-11:30 ?

Social Events

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will take place around 6:30 pm (after the last scientific session) in the exhibition area of the congress venue. It is included in the registration fees.

Monday Oct. 2nd, 2023 from 6:30 pm to 8 pm (schedule may change)

Congress Dinner

The Congress Dinner is included in the registration fee. If you are traveling with a companion who is not registered but wishes to attend the Congress Dinner, we will need to collect the fee to cover dinner for that person of CHF 110.00 VAT included.

Your details (name, company, email and country) will also be passed to organizers of the current and future versions of this conference, so that they can contact you by email with details of current or future conferences related to the G2MC 2023. This may include promotion (Save the Dates), information (Scientific programme), and updates. 
We will not pass your details to the sponsors or exhibitors at the conference.

Registrations will not be confirmed without full payment (credit card or bank transfer).

A registration confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address with your invoice and relevant receipt when paid by credit card.

If you chose "bank transfer", a registration confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address with your invoice. Please use the bank details on the invoice to wire the registration amount.
The invoice is made in the local currency, the Swiss Franc (CHF) and must be paid in the same currency (CHF).
Any open amount related to exchange rate and/or bank charges will be claimed.
