Registrations Cancellation Policy

  • If your plans change and you are unable to attend, please email secretariat@euroanalysis2023.ch to amend or transfer your registration to a colleague. A registration modification or transfer is subject to a CHF 50 administration fee.
  • If your plans change and you need to cancel prior to 31 July 2023, we will refund your registration minus a CHF 50 processing fee.
    No refund will be made for cancellations received after this date.

As the number of restaurants in the vicinity is limited, lunch breaks will be offered at the conference center for a charge.

To minimize food waste, a limited number of meals will be available on site. To ensure sufficient supplies we ask you to reserve your lunch in advance.

The lunch buffet includes starter or dessert and a main course.  

Water is available free of charge throughout the conference center.

There are also some excursions planned on Thursday afternoon,  for those who are leaving Geneva later. These is a charge for these excursions.
