Your details (name, company, email and country) will also be passed to organisers of the current and future versions of this conference, so that they can contact you by email with details of current or future conferences related to EPNV. This may include promotion (Save the Dates), information (Scientific programme), and updates. 
We will not pass your details to the sponsors or exhibitors at the conference.

The caterer only serves cheese raclette. If you are lactose intolerant, please contact us.

The raclette is served on mats placed on stones. There are no tables or chairs available – this is an open-air event. Please dress accordingly, warmly and comfortably.
The raclette cave is lit by numerous candles, making it an unforgettable experience.

From the bus stop, you will reach the entrance to the cave after a climb of around 10 minutes. The path is well-lit and easy to walk on.

Prams & wheelchairs: Access is not barrier-free

Neither the path nor the caves are accessible for wheelchair users or disabled persons. For safety reasons, we cannot allow prams or wheelchairs.

Clothing & Footwear

In the St Beatus Caves, the temperature is a constant 8-10 degrees with a relative humidity of about 95 % during all year round and the paths and steps are damp. Appropriate clothing and good footwear are therefore recommended.

A registration confirmation has been sent to your e-mail address with your invoice and relevant receipt when paid by credit card.

If you chose "bank transfer", please use the bank details on the invoice to wire the registration amount. The receipt will be sent by email as soon as we receive the payment.
