Details of registration fees

Rates in Swiss Francs CHF

Included in the price: access to the sessions, lunches, evening activities, the energy transition village, the carrefour des métiers for the day(s) of registration.

Free access to the transition village and the job fair is available for jobseekers, students and retired people. This entrance fee does not include lunch, evening activities or access to the workshops (challenge, inspiration and speed dating). Registration for this group of participants is done on site at the reception desk, upon presentation of a proof of identity.

Registration with discount code

Participants with a discount code must select the one-day or three-day fare category and insert their discount code in the "code" box that will appear under the selected fare.

Conditions

These rates do not give rise to any reduction in the event of non-participation in any of the elements of the programme.

Cancellation: Registration for the conference can be cancelled free of charge until Sunday 15 May 2022. From Monday 16 May 2022 onwards, cancellations will not be refundable.

Certification of attendance

All participants in the European Energy Transition Conference will receive a certificate of participation by e-mail at the end of the event.

The organisation of the European Energy Transition Conference is concerned about the environmental impact of the event. This is why we are working to optimise the organisation by limiting, as far as possible, energy consumption on the site, by using recyclable materials (stands, communication supports, etc.), by favouring the use of local and seasonal foodstuffs and by promoting low-carbon mobility. 

With this in mind, we encourage participants to favour collective transport and carpooling.

Review of the 2018 edition held in Geneva:

The carbon footprint of the event informs us that 87% of the emissions are attributable to travel. The remaining 13% are mainly due to energy consumption, the supply and use of equipment on the stands and the waste generated. Each delegate emitted an average of 103 kgCO2e over the duration of the event: this represents the fuel needed to travel 400 km by private car for each participant.
